There was a lot of miscommunication with my project. Chris Tite and I talked about installing anchors and filling in wall cracks but he did not include this in the contract. After I talked to representatives and the Director of Customer Care to ensure that the cracks would be filled along with the anchor install, when Jeremy arrived he was not aware of this part of the project. I think Woods needs to ensure that all details from customer to project engineer are communicated so everyone is on the same page.
I spoke with three different call representatives and although they were nice and professional, the information I received regarding my appointment was always different from each one.
The sales person was 40 minutes late to the initial appointment.
Jeremy and Maleek were professional, thorough and got the job done.
Cleanup was exceptionally good. The holes they put in the ground were not bad and they left the basement clean.
The warranty transfer was a major plus and I was recommended through a friend.
