There was a no show on my window measurement and I have to call the office 2 hours after the scheduled time, but they advised the rep had called in sick, which is understandable. My only suggestion is that they should have called me to tell me before I waited for 2 hours and I called them.
What made you choose our company:
My basement has flooded for years which has been quite an ordeal as it is finished! Once I finally decided to fix it right, I read reviews for many companies and chose Woods based on their BBB rating and customer testimonials. My project is complete and I could not be more pleased. I felt very comfortable form the first moment I met my salesman, Sam, and he gave me several options to choose from. We worked out a plan and got it scheduled. The day of the work I was greeted by my foreman, Juan Hernandez, and was immediately sure I made the right decision. The work was done timely and properly! It has rained heavily several times since the completion of the job and my basement is 100% dry! John Cunningham was tasked with the window replacement and he was so very nice and efficient and the windows are beautiful. I would recommend Woods Basement repair to all! I have a big (and expensive) job done, but I had patched it up so many times with cheap fixes that I will tell you, when you are ready to do it right, call Woods.
