Call Representative
Called to set up installation date after someone had already called and set up date a few days earlier. Representatives left numerous voicemails indicating it was simply a reminder call but kept calling. When I was able to answer call was told they expected a call-back but message gave no indication of that. If want call back, please say that.

The Cleanup Process
Impressed that they used swifter to clean where they had walked to get in basement even though they had not left any visible dirt.
