I've already recommended you - there was a
problem with the waterproofing in one corner and you returned quickly and seem to have fixed it permanently. See my comment above regarding the cleanup process for a deficiency there.
After the initial installation, you returned to install the windows and window wells that weren't available when the basement was waterproofed. It's now clear that they used some type of adhesive that scarred our painted brick exterior. I tried to clean it, but it's not possible. Someday, I'll match the paint and paint over it.
