Job review from Scott in Edwardsville, IL 62025 on 09/16/17

I would like to receive a copy of the work order/notes from the Service Call. I inquired with Service Technician, but work order documentation was not available because document didn't provide carbonless copy. Technician stated currently there is no way to leave me a copy. During follow-up phone call survey, I also inquired, but I have yet to hear from anyone or receive anything. I still would like a copy for my records.
