Our Overall Service
I'm not pleased that I was contacted by Woods for what seemed like important yearly maintenance, but really was not necessary (we moved here last fall and the email I received was my first contact with you, other than transferring the warranty I think). Because we're not familiar with the basement system I felt I should go ahead with a visit because you recommended it, but after I saw how little was involved, I do not think it was worth the money.
Call Representative
I got a full-time job after scheduling a mid-day appt later in Sept, so I was grateful to be easily rescheduled for an earlier time while I would still be home during the day.
Our Service Person
My unhappiness is not with the gentleman who came to the house, he was great. He also charged me $95 instead of the usual, which I appreciated.
