Jake was very knowledgeable and presented everything clearly. He answered all our questions and continued throughout the weeks until installation to reapond with quickness to all our emails or phone calls.

Our installation for our sump pump was a little lacking. Things were changed from the original plans and not explained to us. The drain put in our yard was changed and has been an issue with our young children messing with it because it is very acessible to them. Our installation of our flooring was great. John and Don were awesome. They explained everything thoroughly and asked for my opinion on things throughout the install. John was also very knowledgeable and made sure to explain any changes that needed to be made. I was told my multiple people that the trenches by my sliding door could be covered by flooring and John had to inform me that would not be possible. He felt bad that I didn't like it. He took the time to talk it over and give me some alternatives to cover it up. I really appreciated John and Don!

The cleanup for my sump pump installation wasn't the best. There was concrete left all over the bottom of my sliding door. I had to wait a week till the floor dried till I could safely remove it. It involved an hour of my time scraping it off in little sections. Other than that the clean up was good. The cleanup with our basement flooring was great!
