Clint Walker was very polite and respectful. He was knowledgeable with the equipment he was servicing. He also recommended a dehumidifier because of the high humidity registered in our basement. He was looking out for our best interest.
He showed me the video and spoke at length with my husband over the telephone,who was out of town.
What made you choose our company:
You installed our basement system, egress window and sump pump, and now dehumidifier. The scheduling of the installation process of the basement system is why you received a "7". Clint Walker was, as are all of your service and installation folks, wonderful. I have no complaints of your staff/crew or the products and finished products. All are very hard workers and are worthy of "your" appreciation. They are great assets to Woods Basement Systems, Inc.
