Overall I think Woods did a great job. There were a couple of little things that could have been done better. My project was moved up by a month but they ran out of piers. I was told the end of the project would be delayed by 2 days but they were able to get the piers in overnight and the project was completed the next day, on time.
Very courteous and professional.
Jake was great. He took the time to explain everything to me and to my brother. He was prompt and if I had questions always answered in a timely manner.
They were professional and respectful when I was around. They did leave my door unlocked one day.
I understand it was rainy for a couple of days that week but I think the holes that were dug could have been filled in so there aren't mounds.
The number one factor was the price. But I was very impressed by the engineer that you sent out to my house for the evaluation. He took the time to actually show me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained in a way that I could understand and didn't act condescending. He also was showing Jake somethings that I guess were unusual. Your competition, Helitech, was several thousand dollars more expensive and the engineer they sent out with the sales rep said one thing. I agree with him. Didn't explain anything, didn't even really look at things as thoroughly as your engineer.
