We were impressed with Woods Basement Systems from the beginning! Starting with the estimate, the follow-up during the process, and with the quality work/crew. The PolyLevel System is truly an amazing process.
Dave was very professional and knowledgeable on the PolyLevel System. He followed up after the work to ensure we were satisfied with the completed job.
Juan, Jake, and Daniel were very professional, friendly, and courtesy. During the job, we had 3 church members visit the site. The Woods crew members greeted them, introduced themselves, and answered questions. I received extremely positive feedback from all three church members, not only on the quality of work completed but how impressed they were with the crew.
It is refreshing to find a work crew who leaves the job site as clean or cleaner than when they arrived.
