Ron kept me informed of progress and always asked if I had any questions or concerns about the job. It was two days after we had a foot of snow and I so appreciated that they were willing to work at a really muddy and messy job site. I had scheduled 2 days off from work and it would have been very difficult for me to reschedule my time off. I had asked our attorney to review the contract. His comment was, "any contract is only as good as the people behind it." He was right. I told Ron the basement was cleaner when they left than when they started the job. Three nice young men, a great crew! Job well done.
The salesman from Perma Jack was incredibly rude and arrogant. He made fun of the house and on the way out said I had gophers in the yard. I was hoping he would trip and fall in one of the gopher holes. Alas, he made it out alive.
