These crawlspace vents are actively letting outdoor air into the crawlspace, creating a damp environment.
The entrance to the crawl space. It looks small, but there was about a 4' clearance.
Moisture has been entering this crawlspace, creating a damp atmosphere.
Due to the unstable crawlspace, the wall is separating from the ceiling.
Since the crawlspace already has concrete floors, this drainage matting is installed under the CleanSpace liner to create an airspace that allows water to flow to the sump system.
