Before joining Woods Basement Systems, Inc. in November 2015, Phil worked as a territory sales and account manager for eight years. He has experience driving growth, developing relationships, managing field teams, and distributor partnerships. His daily responsibilities includes managing all processes and personnel of the sales department. In this position, he formulates and establishes proposed courses of action, enhances efficiencies within the company, increases business, and supports the management and mission of Woods Basement Systems.
What he loves most about his job is coaching and building successful teams as well as helping customers solve problems.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, watching the Cardinals and Mizzou, and playing music (drums and guitar).
