Mr. Holbrook called Dritek out to perform an inspection on the sagging floors of his home. Design Specialist Tyler Coleman went out to do an inspection, and found where new floor supports needed to be installed to stabilize the foundation of the home.

This customer needed structural repair of a settling foundation. Their foundation wall is made of concrete blocks and a horizontal crack had formed, causing the the right side to of the structure above to bow. We were able to help this customer fix their foundation by installing helical piers around the foundation and stabilizing the foundation.
