This driveway was extremely uneven and cracked and the homeowner wanted to fix it, without completely replacing the driveway. Concrete removal and installation is very pricey and time-consuming, so they wanted a more efficient solution. To do this, one of our crews used the PolyLevel System. PolyLevel uses the expanding polyurethane foam to raise the concrete back to the desired level. But it is still lightweight and won't sink over time. Additionally, the crew used Nexus Pro to fill the cracks in the concrete. Now the driveway is lifted and looks great!

The customer was dealing with many cracks in his concrete. The concrete in his driveway was also un-level and he was wanting to get it fixed. Cracked and un-level concrete can lead to many different issues, like water infiltration and wash-out, which messes with the structural integrity of the concrete. PolyLevel is a high-density foam made of structural polymers, that expands and lifts the concrete to the desired height. The NexusPro crack repair is a silicone-based sealant, that is water-proof and will not deteriorate during the natural contraction and expansion of the concrete. This sidewalk had sunken significantly, causing an eyesore and major tripping hazard. To repair this, we installed a helical pier to ensure permanent stabilization.
