Testimonials for Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair
Dear Rob and Nancy,
I would like to take a moment of your time and tell you how impressed we were with Aaron and David who did our crawl space encapsulation. They arrived on time, neat, clean and full of enthusiasm. They had all the answers to my many questions and then went right to work and seemed to enjoy the work they were doing, but more so, doing it together.
The best thing though, was Aaron and David are Army veterans’ and with me being an Air Force veteran we shared many tall tails.
It was a pleasure having them at our home. Thank them for the great job they did and thank you for hiring veterans.
Sincerely,
John Dunne

When Art L. from Richmond Hill, GA first noticed some cracks on his home's exterior brick wall, his main concern was that they were a sign of structural foundation problems.
He then called Lowcounty Basement Systems to take a look at the issue. While the company is prepared to fix all types of foundation issues, using the most advanced and reliable technologies, the realized upon inspecting the property that there were no structural issues. Fortunatelly for Art, it was just the front porch beginning to settle -- a problem that was quickly solved with the PolyLEVEL™ System. PolyLEVEL is a structural-grade polymer foam, used to lift and level concrete slabs in commercial and residential applications. By injecting PolyLEVEL under the slab, through a small hole drilled in the concrete, Lowcountry Basement Systems installation technicians were able to quickly and precisely lift the entire porch back into its original position in only two days, thus closing the gaps in the brick wall. As for the experience he had with the company, here is some of what he has to say: "Their workers were professional, they were here on time, they cleaned up after themselves and there was no problem"

Mary and Patsy live in a beautiful waterfront home in Portal, GA. At some point, water from the pond began to wash out the soil underneath the patio that overlooked the pond.
While searched the internet for a solution, their brother learned about Lowcountry Basement Systems and our exclusive PolyLevel™ Concrete Lifting System.
PolyLevel is a structural-grade polymer that injected under a sinking concrete slab quickly and precisely raises it back to its original position. That seemed like the perfect solution to fix the patio, because PolyLevel will not deteriorate and will not be washed out from under the slab, lasting for many years.
Mary and Patsy are very happy with their now secure and leveled patio. "We are really pleased now with the outcome. We feel safer now going out to the pond", says Patsy.
