Charles, Thank you very much for the pictures and also for the great job you, Russell and Rory did. I am very pleased with the final results. I can tell a big difference in the doors on the shop. The concrete looks better than I was expecting initially. Your persistence and can do will do attitude after your equipment broke impressed me. I can tell that you really love what you do. Everyone should be blessed with a job like that. Russell and Rory also expressed their desire to provide good customer service. I never had a crew who worked together as well as you guys to complete the job on time as promised. There was no lost motion except when I had a question and each of you answered so that I could understand. Thanks again for a job well done.

Due to limited crawl space, this was difficult work. However, they did an excellent job and completed the work on time and with no change orders. I would strongly recommend Lowcountry Basement Systems should we need similar work to be performed in the future. 

Great service, quick turn around, listened to my needs and very efficient. [The cleanup process was] like they were never on site. All around great service. Will be my first call next job.
