This Saint Helena Island home was suffering from damage caused by moisture. A moisture barrier was installed prevent the moisture from destroying the home.

This home in Claxton, GA had an open basement that constantly had a wet floor. Our team installed the DryTrak and Trench drain drainage systems along with a sump pump to take in the water seeping in and pump it out of the space.

Every time it rained the garage would flood and the soil beneath the driveway would wash away.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair brought its waterproofing knowledge and experience to help the homeowner direct rainwater away from the driveway and foundation. We installed a drainage system, just before the entry point of the driveway. 

The elevator shafts in this building had a water intrusion issue. The water issue had to be fixed to to follow proper code regulation for elevators, so they called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a solution. One of our inspectors came out and did a thorough inspection, then wrote up a free quote to fix the issue. Both elevator shafts needed waterproofing, and there was also a need to re-support the foundation of the shaft as well because of the water issue.
