This Okatie, SC homeowner became concerned about his crawl space when he noticed water pooling under his home after heavy rains. He contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair interested in a complete encapsulation for his crawl space and schedule an appointment with one of our inspectors.
Our inspector, Brian Townsel, carefully took notes and pictures of the problems in the crawl space and reported what he saw back to the homeowner. He suggested that he should have the crawl space encapsulated with our CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.
