Carlos was great! He committed every day and took me in there and explained everything and answered all my questions and the crew was polite and cleaned up. I also appreciated that Tyler gave me a range of options and did not use scare tactics. He explained things thoroughly and LRE was more affordable and didn't try to scare me like Alpha.
