An expanding foam material called PolyLevel is injected through small drill holes created throughout the surface of the concrete slab. Once injected, the material starts to expand to work its magic, filling voids and creating desired lift.
LRE carefully drills holes spaced apart on the pool deck and places markers where all materials will be pumped below the surface.
This driveway suffered from inadequate expansion joints coupled with unstable soils, all of which caused large cracks over time.
After the location for installation has been determined, soil is removed from the site to allow appropriate placement of the helical piers.
Faulty downspouts are a common cause of erosion around Florida homes. The sandy soils mixed with heavy downpours make erosion-prone homes settle over time.
Soil settlement has caused the concrete slab to sink, creating an uneven surface.
The cracks to this pool deck were causing damage to the tiles and tripping hazards all around. This homeowner called LRE Foundation Repair to figure out the solution to his growing problem.
PolyLevel is injected through the small drill holes in the concrete and flows effortlessly to fill voids and solidify loose soils underneath.
