Me and my wife have decided to go with Dry Zone. The reason is I think customer service is what makes a company stand out. You showed that to me by your quick responses and the willingness to make sure we were happy with everything you answered all our questions in a timely manner. Till this day I have not heard back from B Dry I sent them an email before I sent you one and got nothing back. So I want to thank you for all that you have done to make this a great choice for my family.  

Your office staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The installation crew was friendly and always more than willing to answer any questions or concerns. The job site was left in pristine condition. Everything was done beyond my expectations. I couldn't believe my basement could look so good. I show all my friends and family. Thank you very much.

Reasons for selecting DryZone = detailed info on the web site, system seems well-engineered. Discussion with sales guy and promptness of response to my original inquiry.   Office staff was courteous and helpful. Even tho there was a mix-up in the work date, office said "No problem" and re-scheduled.   The crew was very courteous. Answered all my questions.   The cleanup was immaculate all 3 days. They were very careful to avoid getting dirt on carpets. Much appreciated!   I think the job turned out to be bigger than they expected. On day 3, they stayed till 8pm to get it done.
