Cracked and sinking garage slab in Petaluma, CA
The garage in this Petaluma home was sinking to the point it cracked. Our crew lifted the slab back to level with our PolyLevel solution, then sealed the crack using NexusPro joint sealant.
Side Walkway Leveled with PolyLevel in San Anselmo, CA
Linda B. living in San Anselmo, wanted her side walkway leveled because a couple of the concrete slabs were sinking and as a result, they were cracking. She found NorCal Foundation Support online and called. During her call she found out that because she is a homeowner, she was eligible for a free appointment and estimate.
Her appointment followed shortly after her call. She was informed by the System Design Specialist during the appointment that the side walkway could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel. This process would even out the walkway as well as prevent further cracking. She agreed that the PolyLevel solution sounded exactly like what she wanted and would be a perfect fix to her problem.
Linda is extremely happy with her leveled side walkway. She now has one less thing to worry about and one less trip hazard to watch out for!
Sinking Garage Slab Causes Parking Issues for Homeowner in Healdsburg, CA
This Healdsburg, CA homeowner was not able to park his car inside his garage due to a sinking slab. The difference in height of the garage versus driveway slab was so much that he couldn't get his car over the edge. Mel H. from Wilton was looking for a way to prevent water build up in her crawlspace. Mel reached out to NorCal Foundation Support and found out that because Mel is a homeowner, she was able to make an appointment for a free inspection and estimate on her crawl space.
Shortly after reaching out to NorCal Foundation Support, Mel was told that our SmartPump and pipe system would be an excellent solution for collecting the standing water in her crawl space. This suggested system would discharge it through the SmartSump which would then expel the excess water outside of the crawlspace.
Mel agreed to the suggested solution and is happy that she did. Now she can rest assured water will not be building up under her house!
