Sinking Pool Deck Fixed with PolyLevel in Granite Bay, CA
Kyle D. in Granite Bay CA, noticed his concrete sinking around his pool deck. This is a common issue, but Kyle wanted a more substantial fix that regular concrete fillers just could not provide for him. He searched on the internet for a solution and that led him to finding NorCal Foundation Support. He decided to contact the company and schedule an appointment right away.
The Solution Design Specialist from NorCal Foundation Support came out to look at the pool deck and decided that the best way to fix the issue was to use the PolyLevel System which lifts and levels the concrete back into place. PolyLevel is a foam that is injected through the concrete and which lifts and levels the concrete by filling the void underneath that’s causing the sinking. It is also waterproof and is much more permanent than other common concrete repair methods.
Kyle decided that this was the route he wanted to go and immediately set up his final appointment. Kyle has been very happy with the work and can now enjoy hazard-free pool time!

A NorCal Foundation Support Solution Design Specialist came out for Kevin’s appointment shortly after his call. He was informed by the Specialist that the deck could be lifted back into place with PolyLevel. The PolyLevel would be injected under the walkways slab. This would even out the walkway around the pool as well as prevent further cracking and settling as a result of the dirt underneath the deck eroding. NexusJoint sealant was to be added to the pre existing cracks after lifting the concrete back into place using the PolyLevel. This process would bind the cracked slab back together. He agreed PolyLevel sounded exactly like what he wanted and would be a perfect fix to his pool deck.
Kevin is extremely happy with the part of the deck that he hired NorCal Foundation Support to level.
