The solution was to replace the wooden posts with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts, which helped lift and stabilize the floor. 

This home was approved by the Earthquake Brace and Bolt Program (EBB). You don't need to be approved by the EBB program in order to get this kind of work done, but it can give you a substantial rebate if you can get approved for it. 

We retrofitted the interior foundation of this home in accordance with the current California Existing Building Code. We installed Simpson Strong-Tie Universal Foundation Plates like the one you see in the After Photo. 

We used our NexusPro Sealant to seal up a crack between the foundation and the walkway that was giving moisture a means of travel, saving the home from future foundation issues. 

This customer, located in Millbrae, came to us with concerns about his entry way sinking and being uneven. 

Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, came to evaluate their situation. The concrete had a couple tripping hazards and sinking issues over different areas. By injecting our PolyLevel Foam, which lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula, we were able to solve the customer's concrete troubles. 

Sinking Concrete or uneven concrete? We have your solutions! Our customer located in Millbrae, was experiencing these same problems. With our PolyLevel Polyurethane Foam, we were able to eliminate all tripping hazards and bring their sinking concrete back to level with its original placement.
