The Homeowner noticed moisture in their crawl space. To fix this issue, we encapsulated it by installing our CleanSpace liner and drainage matting.
When our customer signed up for the Earthquake Brace and Bolt (EBB) Program, he knew that he had the best contractors lined up for his choice. Brett, his structural consultant, discussed the best plan of action to both stabilize his home in case of earthquakes and be in complete compliance with the EBB program requirements. Once the work began, foreman Tyler L. took care to follow the requirements set forth by the state and to make sure that the customer was happy with the work completed.

This customer, located in Los Gatos, noticed his floors were bowing and bouncing when he walked across them. Our Structural Consultant, Steve Mack, found the issues right away during his initial inspection. The soil beneath the home had shifted in such a way that caused some of the wooden support posts to tilt, which was the direct cause these floor issues.
By installing our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System, we were able to lift and stabilize this floor.
Also keep in mind that an uneven floor can also result from improper spacing of existing pier columns or weakened floor systems due to mold and wood rot. We can help you with those problems as well.
This concrete column that was an integral part of holding the house together on this hillside in Los Gatos was starting to show signs of cracking. Our solution was to seal the cracks with epoxy and then wrap the column in our Carbon Armor Patch. The Carbon Armor Patch was attached to the column with a layer of epoxy that was applied to the entire side of the column.
