This customer, located in Castro Valley CA, came to us with concerns regarding his foundation, which was sloping, and his crawl space, which had seen some water damage after a heavy rain. 

Our Structural Consultant turned Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, came to evaluate the situation. This home had settling and cracking issues in the foundation and interior walls with downhill settlement over -2 inches and some lateral movement in the structure. Solving these issues included stabilizing and lifting the foundation walls by installing our push pier system vertically until it reached bedrock, allowing it to lift and stabilize, and to add additional steel where needed to support cracks. In addition, the solution also included our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post system to help level his hardwood floors, and our "CleanSpace" Vapor Barrier and Super Sump Pump to keep his crawl space dry.

Our Structural Consultant turned Sales Department Manager, Steve Conner, came to evaluate the situation. The floor was uneven in the living room and kitchen. We installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System within the crawl space to help lift, level, and stabilize the floor. 

This homeowner, located in Danville, came to us because they were worried about their driveway sinking and getting progressively worse. By injecting our PolyLevel polyurethane foam beneath it, we were able to life the driveway and remove all tripping hazard.
