This pool deck in Alamo was on its way to taking a dive off of the hillside. Our crew created a new structural system beneath it to relevel it and save the pool deck like a lifeguard. 

The solution included a new concrete grade beam and our SmartJack adjustable steel posts. 

This customer, located in Milpitas, came to us with concerns regarding settling issues with his foundation. 

Our Structural Consultant, Steve Mack, came to evaluate their situation. This home had settling and cracking issues in the foundation and interior walls with settlement over -2 inches including some lateral movement in the structure. Solving this customer's issues included stabilizing and lifting the foundation by installing our push pier system vertically into the Earth until it reached bedrock, allowing the home to use that stronger strata of soil to prevent it from sinking further.  

With an injection of our PolyLevel Foam beneath this concrete patio slab, and an injection of our NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal the cracks in the concrete afterwards, we were able to help this homeowner remove the tripping hazards from her backyard.

And with an injection of our NexusPro Joint Sealant, we were able to seal the cracks on the surface, which will keep moisture from sneaking it's way into the soil beneath the driveway and causing the same problem.
