My chimney was separating from my house so I called them out to evaluate the situation and provide an estimate. The estimate was prompt and concise. The work was quickly scheduled and Victor and Jesse showed up in a timely manner, well prepared and they worked very hard to complete the job. They did a really good job and were completely happy to explain the whole process to me as they went along. Very interesting and I am very happy with the results and the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company with no reservations.

AZ Foundation Solutions does great work! We met with Thomas to get an estimate on a home we were looking to buy!. We had light settlement that we wanted to lift. Thomas came out and gave us an estimate and was great to go over all the details of what they needed to do and gave some advice on what to do with other areas of the home. Edgar and his crew came out to do the job and it looks great! They were quick and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Permits were passed by the city and was all clear! The house is now leveled out and I'm really happy with the work done with great customer service which is hard to come by these days especially in home repairs! I will only use AZ Foundation Solutions in the future!

I hired the ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS company when cracks in the block walls of my house got larger. They did an engineering study to determine the location and extent of the foundation movement. A proposal was made including foundation lift and high pressure concrete injection slab lift. The work was scheduled and started on time and date. The work crew was led by VICTOR MENDOZA who was always willing to take the time to explain what was being done and the expected end results. The crew completed the work on the planed date, and left my home neat with little trace of their activities. Internal wall cracks have closed up along with gaps in the outside slump block. I would recommend ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS whenever wall or floor cracks need to be repaired.  

Installer Barry was outstanding in every way: courteous, informative, clean and detail oriented. Also salesman Freddy was a ok so very attentive during the evaluation process. I would highly recommend AFS.

After researching different companies, to correct our foundation issues due to a severe slab leak, we chose AZ Foundation Solutions. Bryan Patrick was our residential consultant, and he answered all our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the steps that were going to be done and explained them thoroughly. We not only had the foundation raised, but we had a vent system installed to dry under the house, a crack stitched, and the slab raised. All the work crews including, Edgar, Barry, and Sarah, were on time, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before they left. We are very happy with all the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We found AZ Foundation Solutions on Angie's List with a lot of great ratings and reviews. Also, I believe they are the only certified foundation repair company in the valley. We definitely made the right choice. It may take a couple of months before they start the repair process, have patience if you want quality work. It starts with a Residential Consultant. Our Residential Consultant Brian was very thorough, explaining to us in details about the foundation repair along with a Power Point presentation. After that, Dell, our Engineering Analysis Tech who did the Manometer to survey the different elevations of the floor was awesome. He took the time to answer all of our questions about the floor survey and how he gets the measurements. All the crews who did the installations and repairs on the house were very professional and had some of the best customer skills I have experienced. They all explained in detail about the work they were doing and took time to answer all the questions we had. Berry and his crew who installed the Moisture Level System on one side of the house did a fantastic job leaving no trace that any work was ever done. That is awesome! Just FYI, when they dig a six foot trench, your sprinkler system may get damaged, no need to get upset about it, they stock everything in their truck to repair it. My drip system was sliced, and the Rain Bird wiring was cut into. It was repaired and it works like new. The crew that came out to install the piers to raise the foundation, Kyle, Eric and Daniel were awesome. Kyle and his crew went above and beyond their service of duty. I had some bushes that had some roots I could not dig up myself. I ask Kyle if he wouldn't mind taking the backhoe to dig them up for me. He said he wouldn't mind at all when the work was completed. He also took time to show me and my wife preventative ways to ensure our foundation repairs will last. That is great customer service. Thank you Kyle, Eric, and Daniel. The last part of the repair was the poly-leveling. Sara and her crew, just like the crews before her, was AWESOME! She took time to show me and my wife a few preventive measures as well to keep water damage to a minimum. Thank you for the great quality work, and most of all the professionalism and great customer service.

Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue.  Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation.  With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking.  Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased.  Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best.  Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings.  His experience really came through with the lifting of the house.  We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

These guys were great to work with. Their enthusiasm and expertise really made them shine and they were very helpful too. They used their own time to help troubleshoot a plumbing issue with me (thank you Marcus) and a water runoff issue (thank you Gregory and team). These items were completely outside of the parameters of the foundation work which just supports the family feel. Would use again without question!

It's easy to write a quick, positive review right after the crew cleans up and leaves. I'm writing this over a year later. The foundation work was done in April 2020, where nine piers were installed in 3 days, along with some poly gap filler. Over a year later, the foundation is ROCK SOLID with no movement at all. In addition, Andrew at AFS has been available for calls with a prospective buyer for my house, discussing the initial survey report, the work done, and the warranty that comes with it.
