This home had a few areas with interior slab cracks. We were able to crack stitch the area using a composite interlock method.
STEM WALL REPAIR - Excavate near damaged stem wall. Chip out existing failed concrete to fractured rock and behind existing rebar. Remove existing rebar. Replace with our non-ferrous composite. Coat patch with cement patch. Backfill excavated area. Clean up & remove all debris. Quantity listed is in linear feet. AZFS warrants the replaced rebar against rust for the life of the structure.

Repair 41 linear feet of concrete stem wall foundation on the home. We began by chipping out the existing failed concrete to fractured rock and 1" behind the existing rebar.
