Installers were top notch. Minor install issue with the pump pedestal that was causing pump to run non-stop, but was noted in work order and adjusted. Pump ran from Wed. to Sat. non-stop.

Service crews excellent. Sales person excellent. Office crew got better towards time of installation.

Most were good but a couple of hiccups and lack of communication.

Second sales person was good, first was not responsive to follow up questions and request for quote adjustments.

This is the shining group of the team. They were impressive at every level. Cleanliness, politeness, and expertise. The trifecta that you look for in your service team.

Left the our lawn in great shape and our landscaping in tact as humanly possible. They went above and beyond to make sure to have minimal impact and succeeded.

Have to take a point off for the improper install of the pump pedestal, as that could cause premature wear, a service/warranty call in the future, and stressful situation. Otherwise the work is great so far!

Showed up on time but some communication lacking regarding inspection times, etc. caused concern.

Overall great.
