Job review from Jim in Appleton, WI 54911 on 06/19/17

I'm impressed by the whole process, from Joe coming to do a walk through to the crew coming out to do the work. My only gripe is with the scheduling. I received a phone call from Betty the Friday prior to my Monday appointment and was told 1:00 PM. Monday I received a phone call at 8:20 AM from Mario stating they were ready to start the job. I learned that the schedule was re-done Monday morning due to a shortage of man power. Mario was nice enough to offer to wait until I could get out of work at 9:00 and gave me the phone number to get a hold of him. Also if I understood correctly, the Water Guard the crew used was a different style than was explained to me by Joe. Again I could have misunderstood, either way it performs the same, is still guaranteed, and the cost was the same. I'm satisfied with everything otherwise and will still recommend Sure Dry to friends and family.

Each time I spoke with Betty she was very polite and professional.

Joe was on time, early for that matter which wasn't a problem since I was home. During the walk through of my property he continued to be polite and made small talk. The entire time he assessed my needs and took very detailed measurements and drawings. I was impressed with the videos and documentation I received in the mail prior to my appointment. There was no hard sell, each product was explained making sure I understood everything, yet if I decided against it I was not pushed to buy.

Mario and his co worker were very polite and were apologetic of the misunderstanding with the schedule. I got curious and checked on them, Mario was polite and explained to me what they were doing. There were a few questions and Mario was happy to call Joe to clear them up.

The 2 of them cleaned up after themselves very well. I didn't expect it to be spotless but it was as close as it could be without a thorough scrubbing which again I did not expect them to do.
