The job was great until the final step of installing the well cover. I don't know if it is just lack of experience with this Rockwall product....but there didn't seem to be a clear understanding of "this is where and how this needs to be mounted"...so "move the siding up this far". I had to move the siding twice and wait over a week to get the lid finally installed.
They were polite and good workers - see note above for overall satisfaction.
