Job review from Christa in Shawano, WI 54166 on 06/21/11

From the estimate to the actual job everyone was very pleasant to work with.

Dave seemed to know his stuff and I felt like he did a thorough inspection of the situation both inside and out. He provided 2 options.

The staff did a great job!! A bit of a language barrier but we all worked very hard to overcome it. Between the 3 installers and myself we really made sure we were all on the same page throughout the installation. The had to deal with a poweroutage and a tree down in our neighborhood. Because of the tree they had to walk their supplied to our house 2 blocks - fortunately this was after lunch so they were about 80% finished at that point. To make sure everything worked I had to hook up our generator and they were helpful with that also.

We didn't expect that they would take all the debris so we had plans of where they should dump the dirt. I was estatic that they cleaned up the mess.
