Rating due to clear communication, good follow-up, availability, and providing written materials to support verbal communication.

There were several different crews and most everyone was excellent.

Clean-up overall was very good. My only frustrations are that all of our electrical work, including wires and boxes, is strewn and open throughout and around the work spaces. It would have been helpful for the wires and boxes to be attached to the walls or at least placed out of the way for safety. And, it took a long time to get our yard leveled out and it was done okay, but not great. That said, we feel confident about the foundation work and water-proofing completed in our home by Alford. I no longer cringe when it is raining or when I go in our basement. We are very thankful for the competency of your business.
