Job review from Mark in Cross Lanes, WV 25313 on 01/10/24

Called at 8am when Alford opened to schedule a service call. Was told there were no openings but the lady who took the call went out of her way to schedule the service when I explained I had a sump pump, prior Alford install, that was not working with a heavy rainstorm pending. She personally made arrangements with Bobby to address the situation who was very professional and replaced the pump. I expressed my deepest gratitude to Boddy that everyone that day at Alford had made everything a very pleasant, positive, and a seamless experience.
