Job review from Phillip in Huntington, WV 25705 on 08/15/23

Alford’s bid was quite a bit lower than another bid but we felt they actually did more for us than the other bid promised. The first bidder told us our project was 10/10 in how bad it was. Alford looked at the same problem and said it was 5/10 and they had seen much worse.

No problem with anything.

The reps that went under our house were extremely knowledgeable and explained everything that need done in great detail. They showed us pictures of our problems and told us how they would fix it. Booklets were also very helpful because you saw pictures of how they fixed people’s foundations with similar problems.

All crews were extremely polite, nice, mannerly and professional. Kept us informed daily of the progress of the jobs.

They cleaned up everything that needed cleaned up.
