I was disappointed that the old poles were left up. It detracts from the overall appearance of the basement
Skye was very helpful
The warranty wasn't life of home as explained during initial visit and was unable to get ahold of with questions, but otherwise very nice person
Contacted when they were coming and leaving. Alerted me to a pipe leak that they observed and the next day they had put some pipe glue on it and fixed it for us. Explained everything they were doing throughout process
Other than the old poles still being up they cleaned up everything
What made you choose our company:
We had already received 2 other estimates awhile back that were cheaper but Danny understood what I felt was the most pressing that we could financially undertake. He was able to give me the estimate as well as additional information for further work that could be done
