I'd gotten good reviews from others who had used your services. Also, you promptly scheduled an appointment (even though it was several weeks away), and followed up by email. The company seems to value professionalism! The crew, led by Aaron, was polite and kept the area clean. Aaron listened carefully and said back to me what he thought we agreed on. This is unusual, and very important!
