Major repairs to major basement foundation. Fortress performed work as promised, on time, and very professional for an arduous, laborious project.
Excellent communications.
Explained in detail what the project encompassed. The price was much better than competitor who kept trying to come back and bet Fortess quote.
Really good crew. Never complained, worked proficiently. This was a major job that required skill and hard labor. The crew was great.
This was a dirty, dusty, gritty job. Crew did the best they could. I was satisfied.

Fortress gave a fair and competitive quote. The details of the job were carefully explained. The competitor tried three (3) times to come back with a more competitive proposal. The competitor tried a fear / negative factor about going with another company (they ascertained it was Fortress), i.e. stating their competitor would not be around to guarantee work in the future, etc.
Great experience. Very professional.
