Rick McHugh explained the process to us and was very helpful before and throughout the process. He is a very personable man and went beyond what would be expected of a sales person; the work was done at my daughter's house; she is ill and he was kind enough to offer any help we might have needed to get ready for the work to be done.

What made you choose our company:
We had previously work done by another company; it did not solve the problem and they were not willing to do anything further. Fortress Foundation Solutions was found online. We have been very pleased so far; the test will be when we have more and heavier rain. Fingers crossed. Rick McHugh was great to deal with.
