Whether overseeing the team on-site or addressing and solving challenges, Izayah takes great pride in his leadership role, ensuring that high-quality results are consistently delivered, providing homeowners with the peace of mind they deserve.

Outside of work, Izayah enjoys flag football, video games, and staying active outdoors. His commitment to both his leadership role and personal pursuits makes him an indispensable part of the Fortress team.
