there is one matter...i think that the yearly checkup service for $200 should be included in the first year and charged thereafter...my reasoning is this; it gives me a chance to see what i get for the $200...and what is it going to need after one year, anyhow?...my guess is not much, given that this system seems to be very well thought out in how it functions...i like the idea of a yearly checkup but feel 'squeezed' for the first one because getting this job done in one day was in part due to the fact that i had prepared the space for fast work and on the spectrum of jobs you do i am certain this one is on the easier end of the spectrum..anyhow that is how i feel...i i were you i wouldn't do as a matter of policy but i would consider it and leave it optional to do depending on the particular job...i am happy to support you getting other jobs
