Job review from Erin in San Antonio, TX 78233 on 08/09/18

I am not one to normally leave reviews unless something was absolutely horrible or absolutely amazing, and unfortunately services provided these days normally don't fall into the second category. I am so pleased to be able to leave a review today because the service and work was in the absolutely amazing category.

The job being performed was to lift, level, and even shift the concrete decking around my pool.I cannot stress how bad a condition this concrete was in. The cost was about what I expected, but the work and the people/service were, as I said, absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, and doggedly persistent in getting the job right. The results of their hard work have completely changed the way my backyard looks. The pool area is 1000x better than what it was prior.

In addition to the work being so well done, they also advised me on what to do to keep the shifting from happening again. I followed their advice and added the retaining wall with a garden in it which has enhanced the look even more (though the garden is a work in progress).

AND, since I am so delinquent in leaving a review, I can report that after a year, there has been no noticeable shifting. I am a little paranoid and did request them to come out and look at the status which they did with no argument or resistance. I would use Baird Foundation again without a second thought.

The only reason I leave a 4 is that there was some communication breakdowns between the office and me on when the crew was coming back out to the house during the initial installation process.
