The tech was late by 4 1/2 hours. I called the office & Angel had him call me right back. He apologized & kept in touch after that point to let me know his arrival time. He had had an emergency call - really not his fault. It just would have helped if he or the office had called to forewarn me of the time frame.
Did a thorough job.
