Job review from Mary in Bristol, VA 24201 on 08/19/15

This score could have easily been a five IF the sales person had given me ALL the requirements for this installation.

I do not feel I was given ALL the requirements for this particular installation. Specifically needing a dedicated electrical outlet. After I signed the contract and after the three day grace period I receive a notice telling me about this. I was quite upset because this should have been part of the contract. You MUST give ALL prices and requirements up front.

They all deserve a raise in pay. They never took a break and had only a short lunch. To note: they ran out of one of the products they needed to complete the job and I wonder why this happened???

It was pouring rain when they were packing up and leaving and under those circumstances I felt they did what they could.
