Job review from Dennis in Berea,, KY 40403 on 02/29/12

I really thought I was working with a caring company until I received my first mailing after the sale. I felt like it was written by the most greedy people I had ever worked with. The emphesis put on making sure you got your money the day the job was complete far out weighted the concern for me the customer. I almost canceled the job. You need to find someone that knows how to show a little concern for the customer to redo all your paperwork. Your salesman was nice and your workers were great but your paper correspondence stinks. I hope your concern for me is better reflected if I have any future issues now that you have been paid. That is what will determin if I would hire you again.
