Happy with the 5 year guarantee, wish it was 10. :-)
We had many calls to and from you from initial consultation, to day before arrival and others. All were lovely, first to set up initial consult, then to change it, then to set it up again, then you changed it due to scheduling issue on your end(we were fine with this), then workers arrived a few weeks ago and there was too much rain after they drilled one hole near pool and then the work was finally done yesterday.
The first person who came out(sorry I cannot remember his name) wore a mask, explained everything to us and was professional and thorough with estimate and down payment.
David explained all issues step by step along the way and was personable and friendly. His coworker and he went out of their way to make sure everything was right. They were both outstanding gentlemen. I loved, loved, loved that they called when they left Knoxville and gave a time of arrival, so helpful as mornings are busy in my household! Thank you for the adjustment on our bill since the largest crack could not be lifted. This was a relief as although we understand the cost initially, it was nice to have the lesser amount and finish the small area with concrete overlay.
They used blower to remove all dust/concrete from pool area which was a big deal to me since my pool is pristinely clean, open and heated!
Saw your ads on TV and also was searching online for foundation repair. As you can imagine, we had many folks come out (not other companies per se) prior to you who wanted to rip out the entire pool deck concrete, charge $10,000+, or had ideas about how to rip out a portion of it and pour new cement or told us nothing could be done!!! We did open our pool a month early to get the work done around the pool which was a bit sooner than we wanted to but this was no fault of yours. We could not prevent the schedule issue on your end or the rain on mother nature's end. We feel confident that our pool area is now secure and will hopefully settle from shifting and cracking our steps into the pool plus create a trip hazard. We still need some concrete work done to slope a crack that could not be repaired (this was impossible to do without damaging the steps and we understand completely why it could not be done. It had gotten too deep. David said he would try to locate a concrete person for us to come out if Chattanooga not too far. A recommendation for that would be useful. Thank you Master Services!
