Our Overall Service
The scheduling process was messed up, It snowed around the time our job was going to be started and we were moved to the back of the line, guess it is easier to move a few people than many. I had to call Frontier about the reschedule, they didn't call me. The product to be installed was changed between the time I contracted for the job and time to install. No one told me until the day of install and I guess it maybe a better product but it would have been nice to explain the change to me since it wasn't what I contracted for. I think the finished product turned out well and I credit the install crew. Carlos and his crew did a very good job. They kept me informed everyday that they were onsite and how the job was proceeding. They did a neat and thorough job. In the end the install crew are who made me satisfied with the end product.

Sales Process
The product to be installed changed between the time the job was contracted and the install, no one informed me until the day the install and the job foreman mentioned it to me. Sales person should have called me and told me of the product change. It is supposed to be better but they still should have informed me.

Carlos and his crew are the best, they did a great job great job.
The Cleanup Process
Everything was cleaned up, better than when they arrived.

What made you choose our company:
Your TV commercials and reviews. We have a very tight crawl space and their system would not fit or the price was higher even though the product they were installing was not any better.
