I am/have always been apprehensive about anyone doing work for me especially concerning our home. I wasn't sure what to expect in the end and have to say, I'm beyond impressed. Your company did exactly the opposite of what we as consumers have accepted as normal. You did exactly what you said you were going to do, showed up on time on the correct date (this is a rare occurrence to say the least), everyone we dealt with was very nice, cared about our utmost satisfaction, completed the job in timely fashion, cleaned up, followed up with us and the greatest benefit was the cost and no dreaded "job cost overrun" fees at the end. We were facing a complete stoop and driveway tear out, and concrete pour which would have cost more than I care to even think about. You have a great company, team and company morals.

Rob Summers was very knowledgeable, personable and delivered the product and service he promised. Very glad that he met with us (especially on the weekend which most companies won't even consider as they don't take into consideration that a whole lot of people actually can't meet with someone during the week) and assured us everything was as seen and was very adamant about us being happy with the results. Thank you immensely Rob.

Eric Furman was above excellent. He was patient when my wife asked questions, was very competent about his work and even made the comment to her that "he wanted to teach and help people realize that this is a career, not just a job". I find this admirable and a long lost trait. I have come from a family and in my past employment work that has been physically difficult, back breaking, hot and cold depending on the season and not always noticed. For him to realize that there is great value in hard work that many people in the workforce today shy away from and has the mindset that you can make this type of work a lifetime career and want to teach people this is a reality, scores high marks in my opinion.
